Kristopher’s journey into pharmacy was heavily influenced by his father, who he began observing as early as age 5. This inspired his passion for helping others in the field. He pursued dual degrees in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology and Business Management Economics with a Minor in Accounting, understanding the importance of financial aspects in patient care. After completing his education and gaining diverse pharmacy experiences, Kristopher founded “Your Personal Pharmacy” in 2023, driven by the desire to provide patient-centered, outcomes-focused care, unburdened by employer constraints, and dedicated to improving health one patient at a time.
Dr. Michael Tasso Rigas PharmD
Co-Founder/Pharmacy Excellence Advisor/Staff Pharmacist
Michael is a retired pharmacist with 40 years of experience in various pharmacy settings, including hospital, retail, and home infusion. He graduated from USC School of Pharmacy in 1981 and worked as a Clinical Coordinator and Chief Pharmacist in hospital settings. He later ventured into home infusion, eventually becoming the Chief Pharmacy Officer at Geisinger Health System and co-founding Kabafusion, a nationwide home infusion company. Throughout his career, Michael managed over 100,000 patients and specialized in areas like antimicrobial therapy, immunoglobulin therapies, and optimizing payer relations. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists and the National Home Infusion Association.
